This WHOLE pot is just over 300 cals š I rarely eat even half at once unless Iāve just had a decent workout. Very filling and healthy
Okay this is SUPER easy to make!
1 cup couscous
1 cup water
1 tbsp smart balance original
1 package frozen mixed veggies
Veggie bullion to taste
Salt n pepper to taste
Cook and mix all together
