I could barely read past “Alcohol is pure sugar” (????) “lactose free products have added chemicals” like what? Oh you mean the enzyme lactase found in your digestive system?! And I can’t even begin to figure out the logic of why you can have fruits like grapes and kiwis but not bananas and mangoes which have complex carbs in them. And I’m going to stop before I hurt myself or throw something through a wall.
