Warnings (includes spoilers, ofc): Bestest Friend: It's a safe episode until the end, where Zim rips out Keef's eyes and replaces them with robotic ones. It's shown through a shadow on the wall, but can still be unsettling. If you want to watch anyway, look away once Zim gives Keef a boxed present in his base. Germs: Safe until Zim follows GIR to Mac Meaties near the end of the episode, where everyone is eating noisily and messily. At the end of the episode, Zim goes to Skool covered in dripping meat, which is 'germ proof'.

Planet Jackers: Very minor 'body horror', where Zim gets beaten up and his head looks deformed for a few scenes near the end. But nothing outside of usual cartoon injuries. Hobo13: Same as Planet Jackers, as it's cartoon levels of injuries, though Zim uses "Throbulator"'s head to smash open a door, causing it to deflate. Nothing serious, just a little gross. Dib's Wonderful Life of Doom: 'Alternative universe' kinda episode, and there's a scene where Zim is in a tank, missing a few limbs and an eye. However, he's chill, and it's not real, so the little bug is fine. Mortos Der Soulstealer: Mortos is just kinda gross with drinks and food. Basically a slob, letting drink run down his chin.
