As a freelancer, I learned how important LinkedIn is when hunting for a job, or looking to recruit the right person. I have been consulting on Branding(be it your personal brand or company image for 5+ years), and the major thing I have noticed(let’s keep a secret:), ok?) is that LinkedIn is all about numbers! Granted, the more connections and followers you have, the more likely you are to receive lucrative job offers and partneship deals!

In other words, getting a handful of LinkedIn followers can make a difference to your job prospects. Even though I am not a greater admirer of getting through window, I know a decent number of those who get a stable stream of LinkedIn followers from proven sources.

Just keep in mind, everything comes at a price. Sometimes sticking to a single credible source may prove be better than getting a bunch of scams (got a plenty of those personally). So how you spot the best LinkedIn provider among the rest?
