Don’t let your shortcomings get in the way of your future. Live in the moment and be thankful for the people around you. Good friends will always have your back no matter what so take care of yourself while you can. Don’t just live life as a chore. Live as if you’re the only one that matters. Fulfill your dreams and then move onto newer fantasies and work to fulfill them too. Challenge yourself to greater lengths each day and do whatever you can to better this cold, infuriating world. You might say “It’s no use. It’s a lost battle.” but alas that is where you are wrong. Every good deed you do, no matter how small inspires others to do good too so imagine everyone you’ve ever helped is helping other people and those people are helping others and it goes on and on and on. Then you can say you’ve changed the world, you may not have changed the corruption and greediness that runs it but you changed the perspective of those around you. You would give them hope that yes, there is good, there is light, we can fight the dark, we can unite in times of war and we are all equal in the end. Keep in mind that this life is the only one you’ll get.
