The press of skin to skin (for whatever reason) seemed to be the factor that brought everything to an electrifying head, his own heightened senses quickly overwhelmed by Emma’s closeness. Mitchell’s fingers tightened in blonde hair, grip used in an effort to gain better access to her neck where he huffed a soft growl before bringing his mouth to the delectable skin there. It’s a dangerous game he was playing and he was more than well aware. Even so, no attempt will be made to put any kind of brakes on this. At least not on his part. Instead, Mitchell slides his other hand along Emma’s backside, gripping at the plush curve of her ass to encourage a more forceful rhythm between them. While the friction did indeed have him groaning into her neck, it wasn’t enough. There were still too many barriers and though it was an effort, Mitchell pulled away again from Emma once more in order to remedy this problem.
He locked eyes with her for a moment before his gaze fell to the curve where shoulder met neck. In his current state, the temptation was devastating, Mitchell’s more violent desire flaring up with the urge to simply lean forward and latch onto her neck for real and have a taste. His tongue darted out at the thought, but before any other action occurred, a shuddering breath was pulled in and brown eyes cleared. “Get ‘em off,” he said, voice already wrecked, forcing his gaze to shift down her body to the hem of her pants where his hands hovered. He was teetering on the brink, barely holding it together.

Her giggles are the only noise in the room, and she continued to let her fingertips dance over his jaw. “I don’t need to be drunk to tell you that you’re pretty. Though, it might help a little.” Giggling again, she drops her hand, absentmindedly playing with the shirt. “Why does everything have to be so complicated?” She doesn’t even realize what was out of her mouth. It just is, but she does manage to stop herself from elaborating.
As if on instinct, Mitchell leans into Abby’s touch a bit, features melting into something very obviously affectionate as he watches her. If he could, he’d live forever in moments like these and even finds himself ignoring his earlier worries about what this particular situation might mean. He’s just begun to allow himself to enjoy this little bubble of warmth they’ve sort of created without looking to question further (at least not for tonight), when Abby speaks up again.

It’s been a while I realize and, as always, I am so grateful to you all who have stayed with me through everything. I’m taking my MLT certification exam on Thursday and have been spending most of my free time this month studying and going to study sessions at school. It’s been stressful, but the end is in sight! Anyway, while I’m nervous about passing I’m trying to be positive and am hoping that once I take the exam (and pass), I will finally have the time I want to get on here and write.
