It’s one thing to date a guy who’s starting to question his sexuality and open to that, it’s another thing to date a guy that’s in the closet for safety or other similar reasons, but I’m referring to (again, usually cis) men who refer to themselves as strictly 100% heterosexual like they’re unwilling to even consider other options. A lot of guys like this will make you feel pressure to detransition, or make you hesitant to take the steps you wish to take in your future transition plans. A lot of guys like this have not unpacked their toxic masculinity at all, and this will likely affect the way they treat and perceive you. Don’t settle for being with people like that- I’m looking at you especially, early transition trans men. There are people who will see you for you out there.
