Second Day

My second shift at The Queensbury Hotel was very hands-on and I was able to learn a lot given the fact the hotel was sold out that evening. This allowed me to witness how management handles customers who are in need of a place to stay. Since our hotel was sold out, management was able to call other local hotels to help secure a location for the guess to stay at.

First Day! My first day at my internship went very well! I received a detailed welcoming packet as well as familiarizing myself with the rest of the staff members! Overall, I am looking forward to learning new things from this experience as a Front Desk Agent for The Queensbury Hotel:)
