Now here is the thing in regards to Liam, in the end of the day he choose to fly into battle all by himself. No one forced him. Xaden gave all of them the option to fly back and they all choose to fight.

Look, I read Eloise’s book and frankly, I. was. shocked... Sir Phillip was disgusting. He only saw Eloise as a caretaker for his children and whenever Eloise tried to have a mature conversation with him about their problems, he was deadass like, “What do you mean no sex?!” crying like a horny and emotionally unintelligent boy 💀

I think ONLY in the last two chapters did you really see him appreciating Eloise as a person, as herself, and not just as a body to fuck or as a mother for his children...

Like, I was shocked. I heard the books differ from the show, but I didn’t expect it to be SO drastic in their romantic storytelling.

And IK, IK, I imagine this was pretty common behavior in the Regency era, with women often being seen not as individuals but as pretty assets and caregivers, but brooo, this is fiction. I don’t want historical accuracy in a silly little romance book. That’s not the vibe of the series. We don’t have an accurate, critical historical fiction here... so just why in the first place? 🫠

I don’t need real-life jerky behavior in my books.
