-- & Teeth meet her bottom lip roughly, trying her hardest not to speak out of turn but how can she not when everything has gone so wrong? "Do you even care that innocent people are being punished?" Brows furrow tight and she's glaring at the male, "You're not better than the heros that put you all on that Isle in the first place!"

    it’s simple enough to hide the semblance of amusement for the time being. he’s so far different to what lillian had gotten to know, not that there had been much of a choice in the matter. “oh, absolutely. letting your hair down, throwing your arms up and just saying fuck it. fun to let loose every once in a while, don’t you say??” her words catch his attention, and he can’t help but be a bit curious about it all. “oh?? and who exactly were you trying to pull in on this splendid little night??”

-- & To enjoy yourself. Would it really be that bad if she did just that? If she let herself experience all that a night like tonight had to offer? "Oh --" Lillian shakes her head with soft smile, wouldn't it be rude to talk about another man in the presence of someone so charming? Perhaps, but he'd asked so technically, it wasn't rude. Right? "Just someone I've spent a lot of time with, I guess I was hoping tonight I'd be able to finally do something about my attraction to him without second guessing myself constantly." Damn it Lillian, you're supposed to be positive. "Silly isn't it? But what about yourself? Your mask is very different from the others I've seen tonight, I like it."

      after so long in another skin, letting that all fade away felt like coming home. it had felt like ages since hades had walked in his own form, far too focused on blending in to achieve the goals they had laid out so long ago. a sacrifice he had been willing to make, but the god was more than delighted for this opportunity to let loose a bit. especially when no one would recognize him. gaze roaming over the crowd, it didn’t take too long before it was settling on a familiar figure. even with the mask on, he would know lillian anywhere. slowly approaching, he didn’t bother to mask the small quirk of his lips. “my, my you know exactly how to catch someone’s eye. just delightful, really.”

-- & Presence on coming announced with thickly charming tone, Lillian's skin feels on fire. A familiar sensation, though brows knit together at the realization of said familiarity. "I --- thank you." It's offered, gaze falling to her dress before back up the man. He's certainly handsome, beautiful even. Well at least from what she can see. "The point of tonight is to do that, isn't it? To stand out, or is it to blend in?" No, she can't have herself rambling off again not tonight. She's supposed to try and be someone else, isn't she? Let her inhibitions go. Yes, that's what she needs to do. ---- "It seems the person whose attention I wanted to catch, isn't here tonight."

oh , if the gods could see her now . the feared queen of darkness and thorns , a bundle of nerves and fear among mortals for no other reason than she had been victim to a sleeping curse . of course they would never take into consideration said curse could overpower even zeus ..

                  “ i hope this ends soon . the idea of being                      trapped here without knowing who anyone                      is , is wearing on my nerves . i need a drink .                      how about you ? want anything ? ”

she asked the young girl she decided seemed the least threatening , still glancing around them every so often for any sign something might go down . she couldn’t wait to return back to the underworld where she could r e l a x .

-- & Simply sitting in the presence of someone else was comforting, even if they hadn't spoken a single word together. It had been enough knowing that she wasn't completely alone, but now there's words spoken and yet more relief is washing over the woman. "Yes." Soft breath, eyes meeting the others behind another mask. "It would be grately appreciated. Uh ---" A pause, nipping at her bottom lip. "Perhaps something stronger than champagne, if possible?" No one would judge her, they didn't know who she was under the mask. It would be fine.

   he had expected her to react like that to the compliment. that was just how she was from what the god had gathered over their time together. “yes, so i’ve found. they don’t tend to learn from the past and are more prone to repeat it. you have to learn in order to grow.” auradon had hardly done that. now, when their enemies did, well – it wasn’t going to end very well for them, now was it?? that was the whole goal. “ah – yes, we’ve run into one another. things are,” he waved a hand, “complicated. we both made our own choices.”

-- & As unforunate as it was, Hades was right. Lillian had started to learn the reality of it all; the death and mayhem that had befallen the villains simply because of who they were. Because they'd chosen differently than the heros. How did that make any of it fair? Shaking her head the former fox licks across her bottom lip slowly, "So --- " Another small sip from her drink, as if that'll stop her nerves. It won't. "Are you no longer married, then?"

    It was odd to have people just wandering the castle, Adam still did not agree with this show of trust but he had to let his son rule as he saw fit. Another lost soul caught his attention, looking like they had gotten turned around in the maze that was Auradon castle. “Do you need help finding your way?” He asked with a friendly smile, hoping he could refrain from frightening them.

-- & As much as she was loathe to admit it, Vitani was lost. The past thirty minutes she had managed to make a little bit of headway, but not enough that she'd be able to get out of the castle; without jumping from fourth story windows mind you. Perhaps meeting the King wasn't what the lioness needed right now, but in the same breath perhaps it's EXACTLY what she needed. "It seems that way." Huffed breath as shoulders square back, nodding in his direction. "If you could show me the way out, I'll be on my way."

                       she asks , resting her hands on her chin .                        it was just .. so frustrating , to see her little                        brother so much more successful . he dated                        before her , made more of a name ; and she                        was just the pretty girl from corona with magic                        hair .

“ why can’t i be special   for just once ? is that   too much to ask ? is   that too whiny ? ”

-- & Heavy sigh slowly leaves plump lips, uncertain how she's found herself in this moment. While she hasn't sided with the villains she hardly believes in the cause for Auradon; yet she's managed to make friends on both sides since arriving in the kingdom of heros. "You are special, people are just ignorant to see it." With so many self obsorbed people it's not all that surprising one could feel left out. "Your brother exudes himself more than you do, that's all."

                        she can’t resist teasing , tossing back her                         curls and snapping her gum as she settles                         herself down in front of her current favorite                         princess . she would’ve been so much fun                         to have on the isle ..

-- & Bored expression moves across to find Lilith's form, studying the others movements carefully. "He's my brother so yeah kind of OFF limits." Granted nothing was ever really off limits to Lilith, was it? Scarlett had come to know that about the other, come to admire it in a sense. The incredible amount of power that one woman could hold, it was remarkable really. "You can corrupt anyone, Lilith -- we're in Auradon. I'm sure there's plenty of people who would DROP to their knees in front of you, if you offered them the time of day."

— “I grew up in this castle, perks of being the daughter of Lumiere, so I rather get out here.” Amelie had spent most of her life in castle since she was five up until when she ran away. “What kind of fun are we talking?”

-- & A shrug and then she's letting her gaze wander around them, taking in certain faces slowly. "It's much bigger than my mothers -- suppose that's why everyone comes here for the royal meetings." A pause as she thinks it over, weighing the multitude of options. "Depends. You want fun by the Auradon book or going against the book?"
