I had one mission in this life and I failed it ... I’m broken

10 years later and tumblr is still the place I can come to be emotionally raw. I can cry here yaknow. I can vent. I can heal. There's a quality here that's missing elsewhere online. Empathy, I think.

To be trapped in a moment feels more infinite than that empty night sky I always catch myself staring at, thinking about how small this all is. When you’re high, it doesn’t feel quite so small, but it’s not suffocating either. Because normally this is all too much. But in a few moments, all of the time that wasted away seems to only be the toll on a road to something meaningful. I live for those few moments. I wish they were easier to come by and didn’t often require some sort of poison.
