This person evolved on an entirely different planet, from an entirely different biogenesis event, and who has an entirely different set of organic molecules. You're lucky you're able to stand in the same room with them without PPE. Coming into contact with their bodily fluids runs the risk of irritation to anaphylaxis to just straight up poisoning, depending on their biochemistry, and yours run the same risk to them. Barriers are a must for mucous membranes, and patch tests are good generally.

And there's no good reason for them to do the deed the exact same way as humans. You can't guess where their genitals might be, but the alien melts when you rub their stomach and all of a sudden they tense up and a pair of small limbs is holding out a sticky white packet to you. You're petting and kissing the soft skin of an alien's neck until their tongue lolls out, the tip splitting open to reveal a long brightly colored extension and you suddenly understand why they find kissing on the lips to be obscene. After a bit of heavy petting an alien groans in a particular way as their phallus extends, covered in a thick strange layer of irritated and delicate flesh they beg you to scratch at, an ask that also explains the entrance right below it, lined with sharp, inward facing spines.
