i like super need help figuring out what possibilities there are for an aquatic type- ive had a feeling i have one for like a year now but i just cant find anything that fits? to be fair i rarely look outside of carnivora things i know about any possible aquatic 'type i might have: - i feel very safe and at home underwater, floating on the surface of the water is fun and nice but doesnt feel as safe or peaceful - rocky coast hunting is really big, i love to hunt crabs i love to break and crunch little things with shells - i love to hunt fish from above the surface and have a lot of patience for it- ive sat on rocks for hours waiting for fish to come withing grabbing distance - i do REALLY like to use my hands for this, though i strongly doubt any of my types have handlike forepaws- i just am a huge fan of human hands and they excite me and give me a ton of euphoria. theyre coolll -when i was younger and had a more direct connection to my alterhumanity (esp past lives which would make sense as the reason for the aquatic stuff) i always loved to dive and to leap out of the water/breach. i was told i swam like a shark and a seal at multiple times due to my penchant for not coming above water unless necessary - i've always really loved wearing flippers, but i think that might be mostly bc of the speed and how natural it feels rather than having any sort of tail (though i did use to swim with my legs in a more tail like position when i was younger) - no big fear of aquatic predators? open ocean scares me but thats bc open ocean is scary if you arent the type of animal to cross it, and im certainly coastal - pacific kelp forests are definitely a hearthome - this may just be a personality thing, but i love to dive for things- when im swimming in the ocean, i dive for shells and rocks, when in pools i love to dive for those sinking toys. could also be a dog thing are there any animals that both hunt on the coast and spend a lot of time underwater? im considering that it might be two types but that feels like. i dont think id have missed TWO types. also, any creature i may be will almost 100% be in the vicinity of the PNW, so likely areas are the puget sound and that sector of the pacific in case any of this fits somehow that ive missed with my known 'types, here they are: NW grey wolf (not a coastal wolf, though ive considered them- they seem to rarely dive, and while theyre aesthetically lovely i feel much less euphoria from thinking of myself as one than i do from my actual 'types) western coyote cougar (not a constant one but a common one for alters to have) border collie (past life) husky (past life) a previous alter has been a river otter, but we're certainly not a sea otter and i currently dont find any kinship with them
