was going through old screenshots to refresh my memory on early game events and he actually already displays this quirk right after rykad minoris, when the rogue trader expresses their dislike of him:

upon reflection this line is really good. it shifts the conversation away from yrliet and onto not only heinrix, despite being addressed to him, but the rtrader and also calcazar too - certainly if he is liable for achilleas' betrayal, so is the rtrader for yrliet's: it takes the attention away from the xenos whom is within heinrix' competence to judge to two people who are not.
