Her ship's destruction precipitated the event which sent Anaander Mianaai into her private cold war. Seivarden just washes ashore a thousand years later. Then she just disappears. Then several years later she turns up at the front door, pretending to be the servant of an AI that went MIA twenty years prior. AND RADCHAAI BELIEVE THAT COINCIDENCES ARE THE DIVINE WILL OF THE COSMOS.
