person who genuinely hates themselves so much they can barely look anyone in the eye: i must remain humble lest my hideous ego spiral out of control

recently when im tempted to say 'i'm gonna kill myself' i try to correct it into saying "im gonna walk into the river and become a trout" or some other form of that. this is my new thing

btw this has graduated into me just saying "the trout population will be affected" and then not elaborating

need a hat that says I WONT SPEAK UNLESS SPOKEN TO AND ITS NOT BECAUSE IM DISINTERESTED AND DONT LIKE YOU I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND SOCIAL INTERACTION AS WELL AS MOST PEOPLE AND ASSUME BY DEFAULT MY PRESENCE IS UNWELCOME AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE SO I KEEP TO MYSELF BUT I DONT MIND IF YOU INITIATE so i can wear it to work

love having characters make decisions and then looking at them like. damn. i don't know what would posses you to make that decision

also the answer to 'why would you make that decision' is 'because you were raised by someone who would have done the same and all you've ever been taught to do is apologize for existing'

Knitting a sweater from a pattern in a language I don't speak. This is a good choice.

This sounds sarcastic and it is but also it's not! It's very cool and very satisfying to figure this out, especially when it clicks. It's bottom up, entirely stockinette after the split ribbing, and Im like... two cm from splitting for the arms. So far but not at the actual complicated bit yet, but I think I would make another! Moral of the story is take risks and be adventurous. It's just yarn!
