Bit of the ol’ photo dump. Last few months have been pretty busy with work, cycling, moving house and fitting in some mini road trips with Mish.

Don’t call it a comeback...... but I might try posting more regularly, or not, whatever.

It’s good to be back.

This “blog” is pretty much dead. I’m thinking I either start some new shit or reinvigorate this current one. Anyway, here’s some premium quality photos from recent times, you just know this shit was shot professionally on an iphone with a scratched lens. Those noodles up top? You see them? That is some of the most delicious rice noodle I have ever ate, do it cold or steam them... Whatever. So for the last 5 weeks I have fucked off fat from my life pretty much, this high carb low fat 90/5/5 whatever the fuck you want to call it thing is rad as fuck and I feel so fucking good, fuck. Eat some fruit, eat some veg eat some rice/noodles/pasta/sugar by the bag full/whatever. Don’t eat to survive, eat to fucking thrive. How good is having energy, energy all the time. Not feeling ran down and like a piece of shit! Oh yeah, finally found some fresh sugar cane juice in Melbourne, Footscray to be exact, google it, find it, drink it. The lady that works there is rad as fuck and super friendly so if you go there use your manners and appreciate that sugary goodness. Man, I think my legs are getting skinny, am I losing muscle? Am I becoming a weak vegan? Where do I get my protein anyway?? Whatever. I raced my bikes lots lately, how fucking good are bikes? Seriously. Anyway, there’s going to be some youtube shit starting up soon. Maybe that’ll replace this. 

It was hotter than hot yesterday, I fully cooked myself doing intervals in the heat. Fresh sugar cane juice was pretty damn good afterwards though.

As always though the best part of the day was hanging out with Brunswick cycling club fam, talking shit and enjoying the good vibes. 

Got my new caad10 up and running after writing off my last one within a month of getting it. Hopefully this one lasts a while longer.

Got back down to my clubs Tuesday track racing for the first time in ages. So many good vibes and rad humans. I’m going to make sure this is a regular thing again. 

Brunswick cycling club race your mates world championship. "Classics" style course, BBQ fired up, many laughs and good company. Thanks to @pinkbrunswick , Cam McFarlane and everyone else who made it happen!

New route discovered yesterday. Will be doing this again.

Memories from Summer. As much as I love winter I also really miss sunny days and racing crits. 

Finally built up my Langster pro frame that’s been sitting in the spare room for months now. Will be using this for riding to the shops, track racing, track crits and awesome adventures.
