anyways well i’m starting like a “diet plan” idk what to really call it but here’s what i will be doing
length: idk maybe like 2 months
start date: idk like tomorrow but
exercise plan: usually 1 hour- 1 hour 15 min exercise in the early afternoon (track practice), and anything else if I feel like it
i also have an apple watch to track my calories burnt
i also use the online version of myfitness pal to count calories
my daily calorie goal to burn is 500
ill try to fast once every 10 days or so (24-48 hour fast)
