I hope our daughters are born with so much fire in their souls, they could put volcanoes and stars to shame.

I stopped holding on to people. I stopped revolving my world around them. If they stay, great; and if they don’t, others will come along and replace them, just like others would replace me.

I always think of you before I fall asleep. The words you said, the way you looked. The things we laughed about, the silent moments we shared. And when I dream, I’ll dream of you. Because it’s about you, it’s always about you.

Don’t worry when I argue with you. Worry when I stop - for that means there’s nothing left to fight for.

There was nothing to talk about anymore. The only thing to do was go.
