I can't get over how brilliant Scotty's Little Soldiers really are!! They've sent Isabelle some Amazon gift cards to help her though this difficult time of year. Her face when she saw them fall out of the envelope! She was so happy and excited 😀😀😀. . I ended up crying (again!!!) because it's such a thoughtful gesture! To see good things happening to Isabelle after such an awful year for her, really does make me so bloody happy as she truly deserves only the good things in life. . I will never be able to thank Scotty's Little Soldiers enough for all of the good things they've done for Isabelle so far, they really have been making her smile again. . Throwback picture to when we went to Ibiza with Isabelle and my mum and dad last year. The reason for this picture is because we're going back there in the early hours of tomorrow morning! Except this time it's just me and @mr_scorch on our own. This is our first holiday we've had on our own since being together (5 years this September). Most people know the year we've had and just how shit things have been so this holiday is well needed and bloody well deserved!! I can not wait to get there and just relax and not worry about anything. Isabelle is staying with my mum and dad while we're away so I know she's safe and happy and will more than likely be spoiled. Just recently I've noticed there seems to be a good few people who seem to be seriously negative about literally everything and they always seem to feel the need to 'get one up' on other people - something I've never personally understood. If you've got a headache then they've got a horrific migraine, if you've got a stomach ache then they've got a stomach ache too but with awful cramps and diarrhoea, if you're tired then they're exhausted. You get the idea. These same people never really have a good word to say about anyone and are always bitter or jealous about SOMETHING and are never happy for anyone. In fact they only seem happy when other people are having a hard time. Imagine how much happier and peaceful their life would be if they turned all of that negative energy into positive energy! By being genuinly happy for others and quit being so bloody bitter about absolutely everything and never doing anything to ever help yourself or improve your life. If you find yourself feeling jealous of others then why not ask them how they achieved what they have or even ask them to help you because I can bet you that they wouldn't have even realized that you have been feeling jealous of them. I personally believe that they would be more than happy to help you achieve the things you've been jealous of as well as it being a huge compliment it's also an amazing feeling to help others out. It's a win win situation because they're helping you and you're helping them feel great by asking for their advice and help. I'm guilty of feeling jealous of others at times too but I do not let it consume me, instead I do something about it and get what I'm jealous about for myself. Learn to smile more because let's be honest there's nothing more off putting than a constantly damn right miserable and pissed off looking face. It's just not pretty and does no one any favours. I'm well aware I have a resting bitch face at times, however, I've learned to control it and actually smile and you know what? I feel loads better about myself for it. Where do I even start?! I've been chatting with Vicki - @honestmum - on and off during the course of the day. Actually, it started late last night when I reached out to her and sent her a message basically asking advice because I felt like giving up my blog, my Insta and every idea I've had to do with my projects. I just felt at an all time low over my projects. I honestly didn't think Vicki would reply to my message since she is super busy, has a successful blog and has a very successful career because of it. I'm glad she did reply because she really lifted my spirits and in the kindest possible way she gave me the boot up the arse I clearly needed! 😂 The thought of my blog excites me again and I've had a lot of new ideas for it aswell as taking it into a slightly different direction as I first intended too. I feel like this is something I really can do! I have downloaded Vicki's book 'Mum Boss' to read on my kindle, which I feel will become my bible and the boost I'll need should I feel bad and want to give up again. I've started reading it tonight and I can honestly say that what I've read so far is AMAZING and I can really relate to alot of what she write about. I can not wait to read more and use it to help further my own projects. Thank You Vicki for our chat today, you really have helped as well as massively inspire me to carry on. I'll always help anyone who is at this point or can feel themselves getting to this point because I know what it feels like to be there and I know what sort of things can lead us there. I've found myself reaching out numerous times to those who should've cared and wanted to help except I've been greeted with "Oh ok" or " You need to be more positive" or "I'm not sure what to say" or "Oh right ok, well anyway..." or "I'll talk to you later/tomorrow/next week" and that was it, they never got back to me or followed up with other messages asking exactly how I am - nothing. There have been times when I've been at my absolute lowest where I've even gone to end my life at that very moment. There has only been one person who hasn't cut me off when I've needed to talk, who has listened and stayed up with me until all hours just holding me while I cry and let everything out, who has put my state of mind before their own needs even if they're unwell themselves, who has stopped me from ending my own life and that one person is Che. He puts up with so much more than what anyone else would even realize.
