I picked a stupid time to actually try to get my shit together in a decidedly negative way considering I’m starting therapy again this week, but here we are I’m fucking tired of being so fucking tired and I’m making some rules for now until my spring break in March.
- Up by 8am. I don’t want to fucking hear you’re tired, you’re always going to be tired, get your ass out of bed.
- Water fucking first, dude. Don’t go straight for coffee, it makes you hungry.
- WHOLE FOODS godammit, stop eating like shit, if you have to eat make it worthwhile.
- Workout 15min MINIMUM BITCH, I don’t care if you just do squats for 15 minutes straight, fucking do something.
- 8k steps per day, no exceptions. Lab days, teaching days, home days, I don’t care you need that many before you sleep of you don’t get to sleep.
- No drinking alone, if you’re out with people you can have one so you don’t have to explain yourself, but we’re not getting drunk.
- Eat consistently throughout the day so you won’t go crazy when you get home, drink a lot of water too, control yourself.
- Don’t eat in the middle of the night, you really can fall asleep a little hungry, it’s possible and it won’t kill you.
- NO sugar in your coffee. Fucking stop, it’s lazy and embarrassing and bad for you.
I still want to be smaller.

I hate that I want food.
I don’t hate that I need food. I understand and appreciate what food does for me. I get it. It’s good. I don’t hate that I need food. I hate that I want it.
I hate that if you put cake in front of me I will eat it. Same with candy or French fries. Even things like celery or salad, if it’s there I WILL eat it and I don’t know why. That’s what I want to overcome.
I want to be in control of myself. I want to have full day about what goes into my body. To eat mindfully, to eat for fuel and not simply because I want to.
I want to stop wanting food.

Here’s the plan, hun.
I’m not going to be able to my eat while I’m home. I’m just not. So, I’ll eat. Tomorrow I won’t have to eat breakfast, I should be able to make my own lunch and will just have to deal with whatever they feed me for dinner.
-Ideal-
Breakfast: Black coffee, green tea with 1tsp honey (45)
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1/2 slice of toast, 1/2 tsp butter (220)
Dinner: it will probably be leftovers in which case I’ll have a large salad “with turkey” but leave most of the turkey off (200)
100oz Water.
If I keep coffee/tea in my hand all the time they won’t notice I’m not eating. We’re also going shopping so I’ll get to walk a bunch.
Saturday is also very up in the air as I’m not eating at home at all. Again I’ll be able to skip breakfast and I’ll have to just watch my portions for the rest of the day.
Sunday I’ll skip breakfast, we’re getting lunch out so I’ll get something low and take half Home. I’m then driving back so I’ll be back by dinner which I either won’t eat or I’ll have some low soup.
Monday is a weigh day. I was back at 152.3 on the 14th and I really need to be below that.

-same with water
-warm water makes you feel fuller faster
-cold water burns calories
-you burn more calories when you exercise during a fast but it’s not safe. try walking and weight lifting instead of running
-diet sodas are your best friend but might cause bloating
-diet pills help suppress appetite as well but be careful if you use them
-having a support system during a fast makes it 1000x easier
-keep a diary to track how much you’ve drank and what you’ve drank throughout the day
-make a fasting tag on tumblr to look through when you get hungry
-if your work schedules you over meal time, don’t break unless you have to (you might get tempted to eat something)
-if you’re fasting more than 2 days don’t drive. you’re putting people in danger if you pass out at the wheel
