Angel eyes

For 2026, I step into this year carrying what I have learned, as a gentle, guiding light. The past year taught me through tenderness and consequence, and for that, I am deeply grateful. Gratitude is my beginning. This year, I choose becoming.

I commit myself to my studies with devotion and calm certainty. Excellence is not force, it is fidelity. I will earn first-class honours not through through presence, discipline, and belief in my own capacity. Each day, I return to myself.

I practice gratitude as a ritual; reflection is my mirror. I refuse to let the turbulence of others pierce my inner thoughts. My self-perception is sacred and separate. I learn to see myself kindly, clearly: worthy of effort, worthy of care, worthy of beauty. My work, my health, my appearance are not vanities - they are forms of deep respect.

I protect my nervous system as one protects a sanctuary. I do not linger in excess negativity; I loosen my grip on irrational irritation. Peace is productive. I choose vitality.

I move my body toward strength, leanness, and ease. I will reach my goal weight of 54-55kg gently, deliberately, building lean muscle to ignite my metabolism, restoring balance, becoming lighter not only in body, but in spirit. April’s celebration awaits, with its photographs and witnesses. I prepare not from fear, but from loving anticipation. I will feel at home in my skin, and recognize myself, radiant, in every image.

For skin i will take a combination of NAC (for glutathione), Collagen (for structure), and Cod Liver Oil (for Vitamin A/anti-inflammation) - for brighter, firmer, and more glowing skin improvement 

I remain a student, even in leisure. I search, read, and learn (philosophy, healthcare science, historical political theory)> curiosity keeps my soul alive.

I walk closer to God, drawing Him into my daily life not from obligation, but from belonging. I am a child of God, and in that truth, I rest. He protects me from what is not meant for me, envy dissolves before steadfast faith.

I acknowledge the recent stillness, the quiet regression. I have seen what happens when I abandon my own practice. Last spring reminded me who I am when effort bears fruit > when all my efforts showed and paid off. I do not dramatise the darkness; I move through it. I already know what I am meant to do. Now, I do it.

My soul yearns for gratitude. For discipline softened by joy. For an excitement that does not scream, but hums; a quiet, thrilling melody of a life lived with intention.
