Literature Club is open!

Everyone had already arrived at the summer camp, preparing to find their cabins and see who they're rooming with. For the case of Valerie, it was just that. Obviously, Wemmbu forced her to make him carry his bags and he trailed around her until she found her cabin.

”Yeah, it’s actually my first summer camp…” She rubbed the back of her neck nervously, placing her bags on her bed as she started unpacking.

"You spend the whole school year studying, why would you spend your summer doing even more?" They chuckle lightly, placing the last of their folded clothes into the cupboard. They flop down onto their bed with a little sigh. "Not that it's like bad to study or anything— but everyone needs a break. You gotta stretch your wings, bro."

"Oh, well, I'd be down to try that. I did promise Wemmbu I'd go with him to the gym and work out before his volleyball tournument thingy... Or something, I forgot. He kept on disturbing me during my finals studies, so I didn't really... Remember much from that week." She started placing her clothes inside her closet.

Parrot's eyes narrow just a little, unnoticeable. He doesn't want to read too much into Valerie's words... but she does still seem condescending, with the way she assumes the whole school depends on her just to pass. Teachers exist for a reason. At the same time, Parrot commends her efforts to teach people. "It's good to help others, yeah, but don't overdo it."

"I uh... Grew up here with Wem, so quite some time. I was there when he wore that maid dress for a show, even." She chuckled, the memories flooding her mind.

”THANK YOU!!!” he’s dramatic about it, draping his arms around her while sniffling softly like he was on the edge of failing.

”yeah… great friends!”

”sssure!” he nods, “i can do that, still got a long ways to go until my chem final anyways!”

”we can do it at the study lounge!”
