❝  I'm  not  dying  Stiles.  ❞  The  wolf  gritted  out,  this  time  with  more  force.  Taking  a  deep  breath  to  calm  himself,  Derek  realized  his  mistake  when  he  did  it.  Stiles  was  so  close,  and  he  smelled  so  fucking  good.  All  Derek  wanted  to  do  was  pin  him  to  the  bed,  and  show  him  exactly  how  he  was  feeling  right  now.  ❝  I'm  in  my  rut.  ❞  He  breathed  out,  allowing  hues  to  fall  shut.  Shit.  Stiles  shouldn't  say  things  like  that  to  him.  Especially  right  now.  ❝  You. .  You  don't  mean  that.  Stiles  you  should  go.  ❞  God  how  he  wished  what  he  said  was  true,  but  Derek  knew  differently.  This  wasn't  something  that  Stiles  wanted,  and  soon  Derek  wouldn't  be  able  to  comply  with  his  agreement  with  it.

“you could be. i don’t know that!” there wasn’t much that could shut the younger male up but apparently this did the trick. his mouth opened and closed for a few minutes as he gathered his thoughts. “that’s a thing.” sure, stiles had done his research but he never fully finished fleshing out what was actually real and what wasn’t and for some reason this was something he threw into the ‘fake’ pile without much thought. that and he thought asking any of the born wolves he knew would get him killed in a nanosecond.  

“if i stay am i - i’m not in any danger right? like you’re not going to kill me? i’d like to think i know when i mean the things i say and i’m completely serious about helping you in any way i can. unless that results in my death but i’ve been finding my morals a little out there lately. i’d die for you. every single one of you guys. there’s not a world i wouldn’t.” ... "do you really want me to blue skidoo on out of here?"
