That’s wondering why I haven’t been on for a couple of days

that you are in the midst of the intensity of birth, you’re in stirrups in a brisk, professional environment, doctors around you, the quick snap of rubber gloves being put on, everyone is prepared, and by this time you’ve given in to the tremendous force in your body, you push as you’re closely watched, those gloved hands at the ready, a lamp directed between your legs, your view obscured by your opulent belly, but you don’t need to see, as you feel what’s finally happening, after all your efforts. You moan with the sheer intensity of it all and all the attention in the room is on you as the head slowly emerges.

Even if you feel you aren’t good at whatever artistic adventure it is you do, please feel free to submit it to me.  I want to see what you have done.
