NEW MINDSET

~ No need to start getting loud, it never helps it only hurts

~ Breathing is the way

~ No one is worth my peace

~ I am not who I used to be

~ I am healing not healed

1. I celebrate the love in my life. I celebrate the love that I give. And I celebrate the love that is given to me.

2. I'm okay with my imperfections. Nobody is perfect.

3. I am safe and secure. I can rest comfortably.

4. My personal boundaries are important and I’m allowed to express my needs to others.

5. I forgive myself for mistakes I made and I refuse to hold them against myself.

6. Growth is sometimes bumpy and isn’t always linear, but I will stay the course.

7. Negative thoughts do not serve me anymore.

8. I love my body, my mind, my dreams, and my goals.

9. I alone hold the truth of who I am.

10. I breath in healing, I exhale the painful things that burden my heart.

Daily affirmations are a great way to start, get through and end your day. They are meant to uplift you and help shape your universe around you. When you speak things into existence they are bound to happen, it just takes time and work, if you’re willing to do the work and take the time to get what you want the universe will provide. i think its been about a month or so since i came on here and made a post. ummm little update / dump, i got a new job, i have been in my healing era and learning to not only love myself but love my life. i am learning to be less reactive.

Reminder to clean out your life / mind.

it’s normal to feel burnt out / exhausted with your life. sometimes our minds get tired of playing the character we created and its time for a restart. and thats okay !!! here’s a few tips on how to clear out your mind.

i like to start by cleaning my physical space first, make sure my room and rest of the home is clean so i can feel refreshed.

then i suggest showering, have a self care moment and just love on yourself.

next i would clean out my phone ;

• my social medias

• followers, following, posts, bio, highlights, chats, searches, block people if you need to.

• my home screen gets an update

• reorganized, new wallpaper + lockscreeb

• delete old photos and apps

and lastly i suggest just focusing on yourself, do some journaling, go on a walk, draw, write, game, just spend your time how you want it

remember to not let the expectations of others get to you, you don’t have to do something you don’t want to do. some people won’t understand that and that’s fine, stick your ground and keep doing what suits YOU !! stay happy guys, luv ya 🫶🏻
