Hey, I would like to try parcour and there even are some groups in my town but I am a bit overweight and also super anxious that they would laugh at me. Is it clever to start even with a little to much weight and nearly no muscles?
The parkour community is one of the friendliest communities I’ve been involved with, no one is going to give you shit for your physique.
If you stick with parkour and train correctly your physical shape will improve. It does not matter what shape you start out in. Good luck!
