Some last minute tiara predictions before the French state banquet tonight.
Camilla - I'd love the see the Oriental Circlet with the crown rubies though the Burmese Ruby Tiara would be more likely since she's already worn it. I'm assuming she will receive the Legion of Honour and will try to match the red sash.
Update #1: Apparently Queen Alexandra's Kokoshinik Tiara has been removed from the exhibition at Buckingham Palace so it seems likely that Camilla will wear that.
Catherine - I doubt she will attend the banquet since they go quite late and that would make for a very long day for her but if she does all I really want is for her wear her tiara with an updo!
Update #2: BP announced that Kate will attend the banquet. Like I said I really just want her to wear a good updo because her last few tiara appearances have been with her hair down which rarely works. I suppose if I had to pick a tiara it would be for her to have a second go at the Strathmore Rose with better tiara hair.
Anne - The Aquamarine Pine Flower Tiara is currently in the Cartier exhibiton at the V&A so I would love for her to bring out the mysterious Double Meander Tiara but Princess Alice's Meander Tiara would be good too.
Sophie - I still want a better look at her redesigned Anthemion Tiara so I'm hoping her to wear that and for the photographers to not be placed a mile away.
Birgitte - Princess Marie Louise's Indian Tiara is also part of the V&A exhibition so that one is easy to rule out. Really I like all of the Gloucester tiaras so I would be happy with any of them.
