At the job I just left we kept having applicants leave before their interview bc my manager would purposely make them wait in the lobby for 2 hours to test how much they needed the job. I told her we need them more than they need us so she needs to stop playing with them but her logic was that she only wanted to keep employees that wouldn’t jeopardize their income. That’s who they’re putting in charge of these places

missing the old days

life gets so much better when you realize that there are no rules. you don’t have to get your license at 16 if you don’t want to. you don’t have to date anyone in your teen years if you don’t want to. you don’t have to move out in your 20s if you don’t want to. you don’t need to go to any social gathering that you’re not in the mood to go to. and you don’t owe anyone an explanation. sometimes you don’t wanna do something just because you... don’t wanna do it. that’s it. live your life how you wanna live it.

why are moms so afraid of Doom turning their kids into devil-worshippers. like, Doom has a pretty strong anti-demon message to it
