Shaun is an overemotional mess who gets too involved with his patients issues and his trauma gets the better of him and he while not actually transphobic (he ended up being the best advocate- she wanted her testes removed because she didn't wanna go through chemo and said fuck having kids and he said bet and in the end learned about the trans community) but it's pretty clear he is pretty lacking in knowledge about diversity and yeah that's actually scary and a really horrific trait in medical settings and has issues with black and white thinking bro is crying those Steven Universe memes

House has drug issues, takes on medical cases based on how interesting he finds them personally and will absolutely embarrass you and isn't always concerned about quality of life issues and shouldn't be legally practicing anymore but he's also the best at what he does so you ignore that but dear god

And they are both fucking tactless

And they would hate each other so much-

Autism on autism hate that's something I need to see more of. 'oh neurodivergent people get along so well with each other!' No the fuck we don't. Have you seen 2 high functioning people where they have completely different needs or one person masks but the other doesn't? Or when one kids autism manifest as them being incredibly subordinate emotional or shy and another is rebellious more stable but abrasive? Or mildly different support needs like both are level 1 but one has a mild LD or vision/hearing issues? It's a disaster.
