Too white to function

So I doubt this will work but I really have no other choice. My 1 year old cat Tom has crystals in his urinary system/bladder/urethra. He basically has to pass shards of glass every time he has to urinate, causing him to cry when he pees and barely any comes out. Also pees outside his litter box because it’s hurting him so bad. With what money I had saved up, I took him to the vet and he was given 3 meds, new food for a new diet and was told it should resolve on its own with the meds and food. He was starting to do a lot better until a couple days ago. He now has an obstruction causing him not to pee at all except some blood. I had to get ahold of the emergency vet hospital a couple moments ago, I was told he has 24-48 hours to live before the toxins from his pee poison him and cause his organs to shut down. So I took him again that same night, and was able to treat him with the money I already had. When he went in that same night they released his bladder and gave him a muscle relaxant medication on top of the antibiotic, steroid and pain killers. He started to get better very quickly. Within a couple days he was playing again, eating fine and starting to once again pee in the litter box. I woke up yesterday to my mother screaming that Tom was straining to pee again. I was taught by the emergency vet how to help squeeze his bladder to help but that has since failed in the past 8 hours. I spoke to the same emergency vet just now since his regular vet isnt open during these hours. He is now throwing up and wont eat either. He has been in squatting position on and off for 8 hours. Barely anything will come out. The vet told me we can do surgery on him as soon as possible to remove the obstruction because what we have been doing clearly isnt working. Of course the emergency vet is asking for the money upfront. He said anywhere from $2000-3000 for this surgery. This is really our last option to try and save my poor cat. I can’t lose him but I already spent all my school savings on him. He is my world, my baby and my family. I cant just give up on him. Please any amount of donation will help save my cats life.
