you’re enough. maybe someone can better grades. maybe someone has more talents. maybe someone has features you wish you had. but you don’t need to be like them. none of that matters. your existence is important and you have impacts on people you’ll never know. there are things you love and things you created. there are places to go to, people to meet, dogs to pet, art to make, sunsets to see, dreams to achieve. there are people you love with your whole heart and people who love you with their whole heart. that’s enough. life isn’t about competition. it’s about loving others and doing things that are meaningful to you. “better” is subjective and meaningless. your existence can’t be replaced. someone loves you for being yourself. you belong somewhere. you matter deeply to someone. you’re doing your best, and that’s enough. never change. 

everything will work out. maybe you won’t get what you currently want, but it will work out. there are a million possible futures for you, and they are all promising.

grow your own garden. don’t look at others. you don’t need to plant the same flowers to have a beautiful one.
