Piper McLean!!
Okay so! While wondering who I should draw next I thought about how in my brain piper is not much clear in my style, so I gave her a picture finally!
I hope I didn’t do anything wrong or offensive but I wanted piper to have a strong profile (not the western beauty French small nose etc features but realistic ones!) She is not totally sure of herself yet, in my brain she is learning to embrace her culture (and her features) and that’s why she wears beadwork earrings!
So! This piper is letting her hair grow now, but in the past she cuts her hair with scissors so she still has an uneven haircut. Piper was ashamed of her identity at first so she had a complicated relationship with her hair. Now she lets them grow and braids them a lot both to keep the tangles out and because now she loves seeing herself with the braids, it reminds her of the old ancestors photos! She is proud now and wears beadwork even in battle!
Hear me out on this: piper is learning to embrace her identity, she wants to get a full regalia to attend powwows and other celebrations and social events! But she is not good with sewing or clothes so the Aphrodite cabin help her out to sew the fabric, Leo made her the bells following traditional indications and copying the few ones piper found in an old box full of old clothes, pictures and memories! Then still in the Aphrodite cabin, they start doing beadworks and maybe it’s Shel (or an indigenous camper) that teaches her how to do traditional beadwork! Anyway, I just love the idea of a proud piper with her first regalia, like, Rick give Piper what she deserves cmon
