KnowYourStrengths #askforhelp Today I was humbled to be able to work with a friend of mine and truly just watch him work. It was especially helpful to see that I wasn't too far off in my work. Just a step away. But it is definitely a matter of confidence. No matter who you are, there is always someone better. But the key is to always push yourself. Push hard. But always know that you are not alone. Talk to people and figure out that others have done it before you and know the pain you're going through. More often then not, they are willing to help. And the key is, to always ask for help. It's better than struggling through it alone. --- To celebrate a breakthrough, I'm gonna make some meatballs and sauce. So be warned, the house is gonna smell of garlic and ginger and cumin. But also be warned, I'm more than happy to share.
