"Nance, this is the third time your stomach has growled since we got here." Robin sat on a stool across from Nancy, mindlessly twirling a pen.
"Well, Robin, if it bothers you so much you don't have to be here," Nancy didn't look up from whatever she was working on, her tone cold and sharp.
Robin was silent for a moment, Nancy had been acting cold and disinterested, since they got back from taking down Henry/Vecna and Robin wasn't really sure why.
It had been a shit gig all around, for everyone, but she was trying to stick close to Nancy, even if her presence was really starting to feel unwanted.
"I can go find you something to eat...if you want," Robin finally put the pen down, leaning closer a touch.
"Why don't you go make me a peanut butter sandwich since you and Vickie seem to be experts at it." Nancy mumbled.
Robin's brows crinkled before relaxing again, something finally putting two and two together. "Nancy...are you jealous of me and Vickie."
Nancy scoffed, placing her own pen down with a strikingly calm demeanor, "I didn't know there was a you and Vickie." Her eyes were intense, her jaw clenched, as if relaxing would be more painful than holding in all that tension.
"You're totally jealous of Vickie!" Robin stood up, the stool wobbling a bit at the sudden motion.
"I'm not jealous of anybody!" Nancy stood up as well, as if that would make her words any less unbelievable.
"Admit it Nance...you totally are." There was some stupid self satisfying grin on Robin's face, and Nancy hated how much she liked it.
"Fuck you Robin Buckley!" Her cheeks were burning, hears probably red to match.
Robin smirked, leaning across the table oncd more, "fuck me yourself Nancy Wheeler."
