Okay ive been thinking. Do you think its possible for dogman and petey to actually be in a thriving relationship despite all the harm and destruction petey's done in the past?

(Okay. When I say dogman and petey im referring to dogman from the movie and petey from the comics. In my opinion they're far better characters than the other dm and pt. I love them but im gonna set them aside in their own world and never think of them again.)

Im asking because i keep getting stuck when im drawing family fluff. I feel like I can’t move forward until I address whether dogman would truly forgive petey after things like the bomb incident or not. IF THERES A FIC THAT YOU KNOW THAT DISCUSSED ABOUT THIS PLS LET ME KNOW I NEED THE HELP! Ive already written my own version of this question and dogman does forgive petey but Im curious how others see it.
