This is my awesome dad Han Hour today is his 46th birthday! I love this man with all my heart he's truly shown me how much of a fighter he is. I got my stubborness, outgoing attitude and 1/2 my good looks from this guy. He taught me how to make friends, ride a bike, play computer games and always granted me the freedom to make my own mistakes and learn from them. He taught me tough love but also how to truly put your ego aside and listen to others. He still teaches me lessons till this day. Whenever I hear stories of him from others it's about how kind, smart, strong and wise he was. The more I learn about him the more I admire the man I call my dad. HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂🎉

GoPro Cliff Diving at Fossil Creek - July 4th, 2016. The impact of the landing caused the GoPro mount to fly off and it ended up landing in one of the deepest parts right under the enormous waterfall. 3 of us went diving after it including an ex-marine and after realizing we couldn't see or reach the bottom 2 of them gave up. Since it was my fault & I didn't want to fork over the $400 for the GoPro I manned up and dove to the bottom to grab it. Almost lost consciousness at 25ft, but at the same time feel super proud that I was able to retrieve the GoPro. #gopro #fossilcreek #arizona (at Fossil Creek)

Happy 4th of July! Took a roadtrip up north with the family to Fossil Creek. The purest river water I've ever seen. There was a moment where I dove off the top with a GoPro on and of course it came loose. It sunk around 25ft right under the waterfall. The scariest dive I've ever done in my life. I was fighting the current, had blurry vision and have never been in depths like that. I remember almost losing conciousness as my hand grabbed the GoPro. Then looking up seeing how far down I was from the surface made reality kick in. Ended up making back safely and have some awesome footage of the whole thing! It felt really good to spend a weekend out in LA & Long Beach. Every time I visit the hometown where I grew up and visited during the summers it floods my senses with nostalgia. That chapter of my life was the foundation and very influential in developing who I am today. Another year flew by. One that consisted of hard work, of living the dream and most importantly of sharing it with those closest to me. Let me tell you a story of the woman who escaped the war in Cambodia and did whatever it took to survive. Just to make it to America to witness an entirely different world where she would be exposed to racism and poverty. Overcoming it all for the sake of her family and her son.
