I love hearing people say positive things about themselves. The world is so full of insecurity and self-doubt. I love when someone recognizes their worth and power in a world that tries to shrink us and drain us of our individuality. If you’re bothered by someone saying that they are proud to be a good person with good qualities then that’s only because you can’t say the same for yourself.
