. I have miss practicing like this soo much!! This is Yoga the way I enjoy most … in a Shala, during a Mysore class, with my friends also practicing, and under the guidance of a teacher. Truly I was delighted to get up early for practice in the morning. This week was particularly special because it was the first time that Kino & Tim opened the doors of their beautiful new space in Wynnwood. Yes I was one the lucky one practicing for the first time there in Kino’s class … and for the entire week. I can’t stop my self from making the parallèle with the old Shala in Lakshmipuram and the new Shala in Gokulam (and now there is even a newer one) I don’t know if having practiced on opening day in Miami’s new Shala one day will carry a similar meaning, but this past week a page has been turned … and I was there! and it was an honor to share the space with my follow yogis! . This morning at sunrise, I witnessed a little impromptu homage to a grand film; a classic ... any idea witch one I am thinking about? "The Birds" - 1963, directed by Alfred #Hitchcock . I grabbed that shot while driving through the Mojave Desert. It was a few years back on my way to Vegas, living my American adventure. This time of my life feel quite far away ... when at the same time it wasn’t so long ago. Héraclite dit que : “tout passe, tout casse et rien ne subsiste" ; comparant au cours d'un fleuve les choses de ce monde.✨ "Everything passes, everything breaks and nothing remains”, comparing the things of this world in the course of a river ... contemplating about the impermanence of life. Today my Mom orchestrated the moving-out from the family apartment ... I believe I must have been 3 years old when we got that place. Some images and first impressions still subsist. When I called this morning I had no idea she was gonna tell me about this. I didn’t realized how big of transition for everyone it was gonna be ... even for my self, as far away as I may be. I have been day dreaming about it ever since ... half way here and half way there ... reminiscing some of the events of my life that happened there. ・・・ I think this calls for my grandma favorite quote ... she loved it so much; she made me learn it by heart when I was a kid.
