Ive played 2 different mystery dungeons amd i dont know where these are??

In the very first Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Games, released on the Gameboy Advance as Red Rescue Team And on the DS as Blue Rescue Team. In order to recruit certain Pokémon, you had to obtain an area known as a “Friend Area”. Basically, a place for your recruited Pokémon to stay. Some could be purchased and others were given as rewards for specific jobs. And there were many different friend Areas to be obtained. Many of which were absolutely gorgeous to look at. It was really fun obtaining all the Friend Areas and then trying to fill them with one of each Pokémon. A feat I never accomplished. I actually prefer this to the Sign Up systems of the later games. Simply choosing your team members from a roster may be more convenient and simple. But there was just something about personally going up to and hand picking the right pokemon for the job. You could also switch them to being the team leader and feed them Gummis outside of dungeons. Honestly, out of all the stuff they changed, this is something I wish they had kept.
