dude writing a woman on tumblr dot com, attempting to be a Woke Feminist Icon:    hello this is my character stillettoheels lipsticklady she loves to weaponize her femininity and sexuality uwu she’ll cut a man with her eyeliner wings and step on him with her heels!!  i cannot imagine a woman as anything besides a face full of makeup and i cannot see a woman as anything besides a sexually consumable object for a male audience so even her anger at men has to be feminine and sexy uwuwuwu she has her tits hanging out because it’s empowering for her.  she loves being a woman and being a woman obviously means being hypereffeminate all the time because i again cannot see a woman as anything But dude-wank material even in her anger and morality and literally every other part of her character.  those don’t exist until i find a way to sexualize them too.  fuck the patriarchy!

#   this isnt a vague this is just.  98% of fucking men who write women at all. #   it carries the same energy as people calling lesbians  ‘sapphic'  or  ‘wlw'  instead of lesbians in a way #   not sexuality-wise.  but in that people are using an umbrella of self-proclaimed 'progressiveness’ #   in order to silence and undermine the experiences of women who AREN’T available to men #   who AREN’T feminine and who don’t believe that femininity can be  'weaponized’ #   bc heres the thing folks.  ive never seen anyone on my dash doing this but heres the thing. #   femininity is a concept predominantly constructed by men in order to appease the male gaze. #   femininity is a predatory social expectation meant to weaken and sexualize women inherently. #   femininity is a weapon against women. #   no amount of  'reclaiming’  femininity  -  and theres nothing wrong with personally enjoying femininity!  -  but no amount of  'reclamation’ #   will ever change the fact that when you portray a  'strong woman’  as strong because she  'weaponizes her femininity’ #   you are inherently only servicing the exact thing you claim to hate. #   women are allowed to be angry and rebellious and upset and are allowed to just Exist #   without being sexually consumable and appealing to men. #   there’s nothing progressive about pushing the fact that a woman has to be constantly sexy to men. #   that isnt empowerment. #   and especially if youre a dude and you do this and youre reading this:  shit’s sketch. #   please stop and Think about why you can’t even let a woman go against male expectation and social prejudice / inequality / etc #   without making her femininity her  'weapon.’ #   all it looks like you’re doing is jerking yourself off. #   Please Fucking Actually Consider Your Own Intentions Here. #  why can you not view women as unsexual / unfeminine beings in Any aspect of their lives. #  why do you equate 'femininity’ with  'womanhood’.  why.
