I thought that his body should be made out of fire considering the gods in sonic are usually made out of elements and have no nose or mouth like mephilis. He's a cat whenever his hair goes out aka his fire.

Well obviously the imps are changelings but an Alicorn type of changeling, like Queen Chrysalis with stronger type of power since in my headcanon Hades made them from his own god power which would make them minor changeling Alicorns.

Phil would be a pony-goat hybrid since the main race in mlp is pony which could be counted as human in the Hercules universe, so he'd have a goat head but pony legs!

Part 1: Hades

So in this AU, Hades is sent to a highschool for mortals by his father Kronos to gain 'experience'. He gets frustrated at first and hates the decision since Kronos would take away his godly abilities whenever he enters the school but when his eyes laid on the dark fae, or so called maleficent that changes.

He tried to flirt with her only to find out she's 'supposedly' taken by the rich boy who's called Jafar and he doesn't take it lightly whenever someone tries to hit on his girl.

His father works for the sultan and they're pretty wealthy and well-known so If the young god tries to fight back it would cause trouble for both his family and school reputation. Also he Cleary can't fight back duo to having his powers stripped from him whenever he goes to school.

He's 1017 yo which explains his little washed up appearance but in mortal standards he would be 17 yo so he's in the right place.

A while after Hades' permanent banishment to the underworld, The gods take notice of the amount of souls that have been piled up at the entrance of the underworld since Hades hadn't been doing his job.

Zeus gets riled up by that and assumes that's supposed to be Hades' protest of his sentence. He goes down to confront his wicked brother but sees Hades cutting himself with whatever was in his hand. He was baffled and concerned soon after he realised the crystal was hurting his brother. Hades was clearly out of mind and rather an emotionless doll so as his eyes laid on Zeus it provoked him to stab himself in the stomach and break the crystal in half with the other part inside his flesh.

Zeus was devastated and came to realise how important Hades was to him.

I kinda thought what If I tried to redesign some of the villains into looking like the lore accurate version of them. And yeah I kinda added some horror to it to make it more interesting!

Hades (god): Hades is interested in humans and likes to mimic their voice and looks. He shapeshifted himself into looking more like a human but ended up like a deformed entity. Despite how creepy he looks he's got the same sassy personality but people run away from him (I don't blame them).

Maleficent (fae): Maleficent is a dragon-goat shaped dark fairy that lives in the forest. She's very stoic and intimidating so you'd wet your pants If you face her all alone. She has an addiction to collecting hands and you can see that she even has a necklace of a hand. If you gift her a hand then you're good.

Ursula (octopus): Deep down in the ocean lives an octopus predator who eats mermaids and smaller fish to regain her strength and overthrow her mermaid brother, Triton. She was born with this curse to be different and she was punished for it. She'll make sure to get her revenge.

I made it to Hercules and the Arabian night and I just couldn't stop thinking about their relationship and how cute they were together, like Jafar was being touchy with Hades and kept holding his shoulder And knowing Jafar he isn't that kind of guy to just try to impress someone or be touchy but he was trying so hard to impress him. Hades was uncomfortable at first too but then he hugged him back while laughing LIKE DON'T TRY TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING BETWEEN THEM.

And one other thing that proves my point is that when they supposedly defeated Aladdin and Hercules, Hades was like "Now I'll go take over Olympus!" And then Jafar didn't agree and said that he wanted to take over Agrabah first but then Hades OFFERED the underworld to him and said he'd make him a god so after he becomes the king of gods Jafar would be the one in the underworld and they'd be both immortal... Doesn't that sound sus 👀 and knowing How Hades got defensive about the underworld in "Hercules and the underworld takeover" he DIDN'T trust a demi-goddess to run the underworld but he was ready to give it to Jafar and make him an immortal god like bro it's so obvious he had a thing for Jafar.

I kinda feel like Zeus would be overprotective of Hades and Poseidon so he'd be fuming If he saw his brother getting manhandled like that I'm sure tho Hades keeps him away from hurting Jafar.

I think Hades would be the bottom of the relationship since he's a god with a magical body, tho he'd be a power bottom and since he's always overworked he would be like "Jaffy babe. you, me, in bed. I need my stress reliever~" so yeah he'd let Jafar in charge and enjoy every bit of it.

If we see it from Jafar's point of view welp he believes he's the luckiest guy alive to have a god as a partner and get flustered easily about it. He sometimes visits Hades and helps him with his parchments since he used to be a royal advisor. He still holds a grudge against Aladdin and now hates Hercules as well. "I still need my revenge from those two buffoons..."

Part 2

When Hades was still confused about how he ended up in this strange universe in the middle of the night, he saw Ponyville and got interested in visiting it. The moment he stepped in every pony who laid their eyes on him panicked and ran away thinking he wants to harm them due to his sharp and creepy appearance. The god felt angry and bitter from them fleeing away then heard some pony shout “Princess twilight can handle this! Somepony go to the library!” as they ran away. Wondering who this “twilight” is he decided to pay her a visit himself so he used his teleportation to get there quickly.

Hades would be an ALICORN-born since he's a god and has had access to cosmical powers.

God-Alicorns are a superior race to normal Alicorns and they have a higher potential.

He has a curved horn cause he's a villain and I thought sharp features would suit him better ^^

The end of his legs are black to represent his ability to turn into smoke and his wings are glowing blue and flame shaped to represent his fire and celestial birthmarks (His wings would set on fire when he's excited or angry)

His cutie mark is a conceptual mark since all alicorns have a conceptual cutie mark.

He also freaked out since he was not used to his body so he didn't know at first how he's supposed to use his powers from the horn 😭

Also If the main MLP characters were to meet him they would be SHOCKED cause there was never a male-alicorn in the show.

After getting used to his pony body he would go back to his usual goofy and slacky attitude and would scare off people in Ponyville just for fun :)

after the ending of Hercules Hades gets stuck in river styx. So in my AU he will get drained and weak after being in there for 1 month until pain and panic get worried and pull him out.

He gets exhausted easily and his head doesn't burn with fire at all and produces ashes. I believe that the potion Hades fed to Hercules is actually Hades' tears so he just cries mortality liquid which he can also turn into crystal like solids with his powers.

In his trial after he's arrested to Olympus pain and panic try to defend him but make things the worst it could have turned out to be by angering Zeus into hitting them with a lightning bolt which Hades blocked and got hit instead that explains the scar on his back.

In summery Hades goes depressed that he'll never be happy and social with other gods so he ends up trying to kill himself with the solid mortality tears he spent time on to make. (It backfires)

His face is bruised and his eye is temporarily damaged because of Zeus hitting him in his drained state.
