Noiz saw movement in his peripheral and frowned as he saw the geezer. Fucking Christ, was there no place on Earth that was sacred. He flipped the asshole off before staring back at the sea. He wouldn’t retreat from this fucker. He was here first. Satisfied with this conclusion, he watched the waves ebb and flow, wondering what it would be like if he allowed himself to get caught in the undertow.

Koujaku felt his temper rise as he saw the other flip him off. He could not believe this brat. Gritting his teeth he turned to walk away only to slip on his own two feet. “Damn it.” he cursed as he picked himself up turning to look at Noiz hoping that the other did not see his blunder.

Connections

“Thank you very much. It will only take a moment.” Virus stepped away and further into the shadows, pulling up his Coil to make the call. Though it wasn’t unusual for the camera to be off in a situation like this, the fact that no voice spoke back to him was strange. He simply gave quick orders in a soft voice that couldn’t quite be heard from where the rest of them stood. Trip hadn’t engaged their guests at all, so unless Koujaku or his men broke the silence, Virus’s whispers were the only sounds around them.

Only a minute or so later, he’d returned to the small group with his strangely innocent smile back in place. “I’m sorry for the wait. He should be here shortly.” Who it was didn’t particularly concern Virus. The more important part was that it was someone he wouldn’t mind losing do to an experiment gone wrong, and though he doubted that that would happen, it would be best to be prepared. But back the topic at hand, he glanced at his partner as if silently asking his opinion, though the two of them had discussed in detail as to what they would require and what they would settle if certain desires couldn’t be fulfilled.

Taking his cue, Trip glanced back down at the bag then up at Koujaku. “Aah, we need a place with a warehouse or something with a lot of space. We can make the place we’ll stay to come visit our business ourselves.” A grin spread over his lips as he spoke those last words. The location and layout of where they would stay was unimportant right now, just as it would be once it was built. Granted, they couldn’t hide where they built it, but no one but their workers would see the layout. And even then, who’s to say it wasn’t just to draw attention to that spot while they customized a more secluded, inconspicuous dwelling as their real lair? “As long as we got land like that in there, it’s fine.” The rest of the area that they were given could be used for their actual yakuza affairs.

Koujaku glanced around but not uttering a single sound taking in the sights around him. Noticing that Midorijima still had the same sky as he remembered it to be when he was younger. He wondered if everything remained the same but he highly doubt that was the case. ‘I wonder if Aoba and Granny are still on the island?’ he thought before Virus came back.

She chuckled “Actually no. I don’t have any friends so I’m free all the time. And I’m only 18, I can take care of anyone. Don’t treat me like a child or I’ll have Sir Dude attack you again” With the threat she gave him another one of her signature sweet smiles. “I’ll be back with some blankets and tea ok”

“What about school you must have at least some acquaintances. I could not possible have you take care of me no matter what your age or if you have friends. Sir Dude, that his name. He should be called Mr. Evil.” Koujaku murmurs, “I’m not trying to treat you like a kid I just want you to understand my point of the situation.”

‘’oh you’re awake?’’

“True, but I think we’re both at fault here.” He chuckled a bit, brushing a hand through his hair.

“Well, I travel a lot but stay here often. Besides it being a tourist trap it’s a nice area to stay.” Neil return the smile. “I just came back from one of those said trips and was actually looking for a place to eat. ”

Koujaku nodded his head before looking back at the busy city that kept bustling around them. “A tourist trap? So that why there is a a lot of foot traffic today?” Koujaku says. 

“Well that good that your trips ended safely. I don’t know that many places to eat around here but if you are in the mood for some Soba or Ramen I know a good place to eat.” Koujaku tells him.

Oh no it was his turn, the man looked to his desk wishing he could just disappear, “Y-Yes, sir.” He got up and went to the the front of the room, he had to do this and do well, even though he did have good grades he was scared of what would happen if this made them drop, he’d loose his scholarship and having that in the back of his mind was not helping. He paled when he finally looked at the class form the podium, ‘too many people.’ He started to shake and looked down to his paper, “Th-the l-ledgends o-of th-the Gr-Greek G-gods a-and c-creatures w-was in-inspired-”He stuttered and was cut off form his sentence by a few boys snickering at his nervousness, causing him to tense even more and started having a hard time breathing. “b-by th-the…”

Koujaku smiled as his blue haired student made his way to the front of the class. From his posture Koujaku could easily tell that Aoba was nervous and from his past observations of Aoba speaking in class he was rather...what the word not bad but not able to speak at all in front of others. Koujaku left his thoughts when Aoba began to talk about his project. Koujaku eyebrows furrowed together as Aoba began to stutter but when he heard a couple of other students laugh he turned and glared at them taking note of there names to dock points from there score on a later date. Koujaku turned back to look back at Aoba to see that the other began to breath irregularly. “Mr. Seragaki.” He called out to his student.

Junko held in a laugh as she covered her mouth and in another movement turned her head away. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to hold it and a few giggles came through her. “Don’t worry I wouldn’t hurt you for something like that” she say smiling as she looked at him. There were worse places to touch a person and since she was an idol simply touching her hair, arm or hand was normal.

“Yes it is perfectly fine” she nods giving a nod of approval.  

Koujaku smiled before touching Junko’s hair. “It in very good condition. You must treat it with such great care.” Koujaku says as he weaved his fingers through her hair. “What are your usual products? It seems as if they are working well for you but maybe loosen up on heat. It seems as some of your hairs in the back has some minor heat damage.” He says as he fingered with a bunch of Junko hair that laid at the middle of his back.  

Benishigure vs. Dry Juice

With their battle interrupted, Dry Juice seemed just as unsure as Benishiguri as to what they were supposed to do now.  Clearly their leader was displeased with them, and though it was unlikely that he’d retaliate in any way, no good Ribster wanted to upset their leader. Still, it would seem that both teams had done just that, so there was little helping it now. A few shuffled awkwardly or threw glares at their opponents, but the fighting had at least come to an end.

With a sigh, Mizuki turned back to Koujaku. “It’s alright. Dry Juice has its fair share of hot heads. Sorry for whatever part they played in this. Next time I’ll make sure they let me know if they’re getting involved in a full-scale battle.” Small groups or fist fights between one or two members were excusable. This, however, was something significant enough that the leader should have been involved in.

Koujaku could feel his teammates behind him began to fidget knowing that they did make there boss mad and they would be in a world of hurt when the next meeting came around. Koujaku glancing back at them with the smile still on his face. Koujaku stood observing Mizuki and his team as Mizuki replied back to him. 

“I will make sure you know of they are in a next time and you are not there. You guys to right?” Koujaku says looking at his team and grunts and murmurs of yes came as his response. “Good. So Mizuki, how about going out for a drink?” 

“That’s good to hear.” Totsuka smiled and watched to make sure all of them left the area. Then, he turned back to Koujaku, ready to address the situation with a fresh attitude.”It’s pretty nice here in my opinion.I hope you feel the same when you leave.”

“I’m not sure, actually. I was abandoned when I was little.” He leaned against the nearby building, crossing his legs and keeping his attention on the not-so-foreigner. “What brings you here, anyway? Are you just passing through? Or is this your destination?”

“It’s fine. I didn’t either, after all. I’m Totsuka Tatara.” Koujaku? Just Koujaku? That’s a bit odd, but the thought it better not to ask. You never know just whoyou’re talking to. “It’s nice to meet you!”

“I hope my feelings will not change throughout the trip. So far it a very interesting place to be at.” Koujaku says, “Although it is a little bigger than what I’m used to far as city wise but that is something easily solvable by being he in the city for a bit longer.” 

Koujaku frowned slightly learning that the other was a abandoned, “I’m here because I have a job here to do and I will be visiting some relatives before going back home. So right now I’m heading to my hotel room to check in.” 

“It a pleasure to meet you as well Totsuka.” Koujaku told him.

“I know, right?!” A huge smile covered Jaia’s face, just talking about the Probending Tournament excited her.

“Are you a bender, Mister?” she asks, her blue eyes darting in his direction only for a second before her focus returns to the event at hand.

“Yeah, It is amazing. To watch.” Koujaku replies, meeting her eyes before she turned back to focus on the match that was going on before her. 

“Yeah there’s always some type of that flower in season, if you dont mind me asking the occasion?” Weddings and funerals and baby showers called for white flowers, it wouldn't do to put the wrong ones in a bouquet.

"They are for my mother actually..She did like white lilies." Koujaku says, "This will be the first time I go see her in three years."
