Personal Profile: Khurram Shah
Khurram Shah, ICS’ Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 15 years of program and project management experience and currently leads the development team of over one hundred ICS Senior Architects and Engineers on the United States 2010 Census Project. He is an expert in QC/QA/SQA analysis.
His project management expertise includes gap analysis, deliverable management, project tracking, project schedules, project action item tracking, coordination with senior management for resources, client relationship management, team relation management, project control management, planning tasks and responsibilities, budgets, scheduling by PVCS, MS Project, and performing milestone reviews.
His expertise in strategic practices includes advising firms on solutions requirements, managing service delivery, and counseling government agencies on efficient, cost-effective solutions to their technology needs. He has significant experience delivering software and e-commerce full life-cycle (defining, planning, controlling, and closing) solutions by using CMMI Level 2 and 3 and ISO 9001 and 9002 standards.
At Fannie Mae, 2004-07, he performed as the project manager during SOX compliance efforts; his team delivered a 99.9% metrics achievement measurement, the highest of any vendor on the effort.
Khurram is a graduate of the George Mason University Advanced Telecommunications program (BS, 2000; MS, 2001) and achieved the dean’s list throughout his academic career.
