Our lovely Joan wouldnât necessarily consider herself to be a CrossFit athlete (although one might beg to differ â Iâve seen you Deadlift, girl!). Over the years, however, she has competed in her fair share of CF competitions, and with the Iconic Throwdown right around the corner, she felt it might be the perfect opportunity to reach out to the masses and encourage participation from everyone and anyone (in her second ever blog, I might add)!

Itâs one of the biggest in-house competitions we host every year, bringing together members of all fitness levels for a fun and challenging experience.
