I’m out.

I’ve tolerated this site for as long as I could. Tried to hold out for my friends. Carefully tailored my dash to avoid all the negativity and toxicity. It wasn’t enough; the mere knowledge of its presence, of people that hold themselves up as paragons of progressiveness while doing completely atrocious things to those who dare to disagree with them, continued to gnaw away at me to the point of physical nausea every time I looked at this gods forsaken site. You can expect one more post after this one, but that’s going to be it.

To the hypocrites who condemn the injustices of one group before turning around to cheer on the injustices against another, to the accessories to murder via suicide encouragement, to every single user who has made, liked, or reblogged a post calling for the deaths of people whose only “crime” was to not vote the way you wanted them to, I only have one thing to say.

Fuck every single one of you.

To my friends, and to the people who are trying so hard to fight back against the cancer…I’m sorry. I just…can’t do it anymore.

offthehook: I’m pretty sure most of you have noticed my distinct lack of activity by now. This has been due to several reasons, from various sources--mental health, real life in general, other websites, and Tumblr itself.

On the one hand, I do feel rather bad about leaving all my partners hanging like this, but...there’s a part of me that’s gotten to the point where it’s just kind of...stopped caring. And that part grows more prevalent with each update that Tumblr does, and I’m honestly not sure what to do about it.

The crew are wanted for destruction of public and government property, mass aggravated assault, and evading arrest. They also may or may not have multiple attempts of second-degree murder; this would largely depend on whether or not the Chans decided to press charges against them. This all combines into what is likely a rather sizable bounty on their heads, which can make certain things more of a hassle for them. The prevalence of background checks makes it extremely difficult for them to get legitimate jobs, be able to rent most apartments, or get admitted into most hospitals without tipping off federal authorities.

“She is addicted ta AU’s,” Ice snickered. “She’s got like six or seven with this one dawg--don’t remember who--an’ she’s got all these verses she wants ta add ta our blog, but she knows they prolly won’t be used.”

“Some o’ those AUs are off tha hook!” Cobra continued with a grin. “Like tha ones where we’re gods or demons. Others, though...not so much....”

Ice has a bad habit of letting out stereotypical screams when he attacks. He likely thinks that it makes him look badass or something, but it usually has the opposite effect of making him look ridiculous, and can easily backfire on him if his opponent hadn’t been anticipating the attack before he screamed.
