i’m really trying to not spiral over election results but it’s become so clear to me how much that harris campaign/dems misunderstood how to get those extra votes to push her over the edge

like trying logic and reasoning to get to some of the borderline trump voters was never gonna work when ur opponent is using fearmongering tactics

we had the most watched world series in years and i swear to god every commercial break had that anti trans bullshit ad from him running

his campaign was run almost entirely on hate, whether they’ll want to spin it like that or not, and u can’t fight that with logic and reasoning u just can’t

should’ve kept calling them weird and stupid and kept their feet on the gas from the energy she had when she was first announced as being the dem candidate bc i think that’s the only way she would’ve had more of a chance

and plus trying to get some of those centrist/moderate rep votes clearly pushed away left leaning folks too (i dont even want to get started on jill steins bullshit grifting campaign either)
