I know for sure im getting manipulated by one of my best friends, but I genuinely dont know what to do, because if i cut him off he'll make a big deal out of it

Hes also weirdly obsessed with me, like with

My health (mental+physical) , he keeps calling me pet names ive said im uncomfortable with, he'll freak out badly if i dont respond under a couple of minutes then accuse me of ignoring him, and then when we had a big argument a while ago all he wants to talk about is how it affected him when he was really aggressive with me and threatened to kill himself because i was "ignoring him" I WAS BUSY AND I TOLD HIM BEFOREHAND but all he wants to focus on is how it affected him soooooo badly, and how hes forgiven himself

Hes like rlly obsessive about my health, its so fucking annoying, I pull allnighters often due to insomnia and a couple of other things but he'll get up all in my business and out of pocketly say something like "so when are you going to sleep?", then he'll 'scold?' Me about how sleep is really important (i know it is i dont need him telling me that??) And when it comes to my mental health he'll try to push me to vent to him, which ew if i dont want to tell you I dont want to tell you

If i have to pick something that bothers me the most its THE PET NAMES they make me so uncomfortable and ive told him before and he'll continue to call me "asp hun" or just honey, but he'll justify it because theres a small bit that we're "married" and i dont want to be a bummer by telling other people to stop because then ill be deemed as over sensitive

I really wish I could just block him but then ill end up feeling really bad and then ill end up caving or he'll make a big deal out of it saying to everyone he doesnt understand what he did wrong and that im being really rude by ignoring him

Id really like to think hes not manipulating me intentionally but I could be wrong shrug
