Finally finished with episode 4!! Sorry for the spam and taking 2 years to finish one episode, there's so many screencaps and gifs I've got saved. Anyways, here's our captains!

The Knights ofc look the coolest to me. Casper and Castilla have a massive amount of swag that the rest of the bards lack imo, love the Roses, The Shadows remind me of a Pokemon team, and The Dragons are dope as hell.

Then we get Mara and Surya scheming in the dark, looks like the Knights were banned(?) for a reason if Mara is signaling them out and not just Key.

I'll post some more gifs later and think I'll stop here for my watch today!

oh my god okay i started my first rewatch of dragon striker. i see your ragno/key shippers and i raise you falco/key.

it's not red blue but who caresssss. they're romeo and juliet or something like that. surya absolutely hates nagatatsu. both of them just want to impress and do really well for their team (key desperate to control his tama for the sake of literally everyone and falco, who we don't really know yet actually, but he's clearly a very determined player because he's hitting the gym at like 4am actually. and we KNOW he's a generational disappointment because of what surya says)

Something i like from Dragon Striker is how Key really looks up and wants to be like his mother, who was a legendary player.

You usually get boys who want to follow their fathers footsteps or daughters who take after their mothers, but a boy who wants to be like his mom? That's quite rare to see and i think the series is quite refreshing in that regard
