More Dragon Striker concept art, and kinda a follow up to my students design. I was asked to imagine snippets of life at school, with or without the heroes.

youve probably heard this or smth similar a lot before but i just wanna say that as someone with a similarly strong fixation on a...different pair of chouette cartoon antag siblings that also influenced me to an insane degree your posts and level of enthusiasm about the twins is so real to see. Not the same blorbos but i see you, idk, mention you were 'in denial' at the start of the production and I'm like yes that's exactly how it is. you get it
We're in this together lol. At this point I'm not sure if it's a hyperfixation or a hostage situation.
Eitherway whenever I feel too self conscious about this I remember the wise words a goat once uttered. "I am cringe but I am free". In fact, I even painted her lol.
Am I cringe for drawing the twins and talking about them all the time? Maybe. But I'm happy doing so and that, my friend, is true freedom. (disregard the fact I compared it to a hostage situation not even a paragraph above)

Fun fact : the pose is inspired by figure skating, I think it's a layback spin! I was so obsessed with Alysa Liu back in February I kept thinking how cool the twins would look like as figure skaters. I should maybe do an AU one day... So many things to draw!!

Lil sketch of Casper and Callista. It's simple but i like the energy! I think this is prob one my favorite Callie out of all the ones I've drawn (and believe me, total is around 300+)
Also it has been 2 months since Dragon Striker released. That's crazy! 🤯 I'm really glad to keep seeing fanarts everyday. I hope it can keep going til season 2 🥹

It was actually my very first assignement on Dragon Striker! Design some students for Kal Asterock. I had a lot of fun designing lots of clothes (can you feel the Tales of serie inspiration haha?) and most of all - imagining the life of these background characters. I even gave them all names but I unfortunately forgot most of these now lol.
Also shout out to the chara design team! These were made in very early preproduction so they weren't in the style of the show - the chara design team did a wonderful work of adapation over my concepts.

I was wondering, do you have any headcanons on what month the twins would be born in or what their zodiac signs may be?
Yes, I had this headcanon that their birthday is June 10th for a while. I had several reasonning behind this -
June 10th is the date of the first Dragon Striker presentation we did in Annecy 2025, so special memory for me!
It makes them Gemini, what's more fitting for twins? They also have this summer children vibe. (I might also have drawings of them as gemini I have yet to post)
June 10th is 10/06 (in french date writing at least) and if you switch the numbers it MIGHT become my birthday --------------
However, what I didn't anticipate is that Dragon Striker would ALSO release on Disney+ on June 10th HAHAHA. So uuuh...I'm not sure if I should move their birthday to another date not to crowd DS anniversary or if I should say "oh well, double birthday."

Magnetmirror week 26, day 5 : Family Bonding
Actually made both theme for day 5 because I LOVE family dynamics, but it took too much time so I'm late haha. Here's a day swapping siblings!
I love to imagine that while they had a rough start, Casper and Milo would probably bond over unexpected common interest like fantasy novels and shojos. Also, little siblings solidarity lol.
On the other hand, no matter the activity, Odward would go crazy with Callista around, while Callista would probably enjoy her day bullying Odward. Clearly one pair is having a better day than the other.
Some little chibi follow up, yes Callista bullied Odward into not only paying for everything but also carrying everything.
It's been so wonderful to see this Magnetmirror week! Thank you so much @dragon-striker-event-weeks for organizing this event. I'm going to miss seeing beautiful artwork about these two everyday. 🥹💚🧡

Maybe they can finally be un-doomed in this universe? It's still somewhat of a Modern AU but I found hilarious the idea of making them have a date at Disneyland Paris lol. Our studio isn't really far from Disneyland actually!
The first winter we worked on Dragon Striker, we had an outing there to celebrate. Unfortunately I was super sick so I didn't go... 🥹
